The land (plot) is in the tourist town of Maun; in northern Botswana, about 800km from Gaborone and 500km from Francistown. Maun is known for its proximity to the famous Moremi Game Reserve; home to the only intact delta in the world (Okavango delta). Given its touristic activity, Maun has an international airport with directs flights from Johannesburg, Cape Town and Namibia.
Distance from town centre:
The plot is located in the outskirts of Maun, about 3km from the nearest tarred road and 8km from airport. It's accessibility is via gravelled road and the last 2km is on deep loose sand road.

Area of the land:
The plot is allocated officially and title deed issues in 2005. The plot is 4.9 hectare, and comprises of very big acacia tress, mostly on one side closer to the river (700m).

A block brick boundary wall is near completion, 3 layers are left and the last part would be to put razor wire on top to reinforce security. Electricity is connected to the plot and water rights connection has been granted by the Landboard (land administration office). Environmental Impact Assessment EIA has been approved, and planning permission granted for a guesthouse.
